Technical preparation before construction
Before the construction of roof works, the construction unit shall organize technical management personnel to review the roof works drawings, master the detailed structure and relevant technical requirements in the construction drawings, and prepare the construction scheme or technical measures of roof works according to the actual situation of the project.
In this way, the defects left after construction can be avoided, resulting in rework. At the same time, the project will be carried out in a planned manner according to the construction organization, so as to prevent the omission, disorder and reversal of work from affecting the project quality;
Base surface requirements
The base surface shall be cleaned, the water content shall not be more than 9%, flat and compact, and the end of each node shall be neat and complete, meeting the requirements.
Acceptance of leveling layer - cleaning of base course - preparation of cement adhesive - making of additional layer - base course construction - protective layer - curing.
Before laying and binding the coiled material, the roof waterproof coiled material shall be pre-spread and aligned, then the two ends of the roof waterproof coiled material shall be folded and rolled up in half, the prepared cement adhesive shall be poured into the base layer, and evenly scraped with a scraper, and then the roof waterproof coiled material shall be pushed forward, and the air left inside the roof waterproof coiled material shall be removed with a scraper in time to scrape out the excess adhesive.
The bonding rate between roof waterproof coiled material and leveling layer is 85%.
Joint practice between coiled materials
The vapor barrier layer, waterproof layer and additional layer are all jointed by cement adhesive with a width of 10cm.
The joint of the additional layer and the waterproof layer shall be staggered by more than 5cm.
The overlapping width of roof waterproof coiled material is 8-10cm on the long side and 10-15cm on the short side. The adjacent short side joints should be staggered by more than 100cm, and the angle between the wall and the ground should be more than 30cm.
Waterproof protective layer
After the coiled material is paved, a protective layer of 1:2.5 cement mortar with a thickness of 2cm shall be made on the waterproof layer, which shall be plastered in two times. The joints of the two layers must be staggered by more than 20cm. The protective layer shall be flat and watered for curing.
The quality of the roof is very important. For any building, the roof leakage will seriously affect the quality of the lower residential building, so we must deal with it correctly.
